Activate Your Life Leadership Training is designed to help you grow in your leadership. The emphasis is on applying the principles and taking action. You will learn how to develop influence with people.

 

Our training is designed to provide an experience for new leaders and emerging leaders as they engage in situation specific conversations bringing in their invaluable leadership experiences, people skills, and insight. Participants have room to ask situational questions and receive targeted guidance. Because the participants and the trainer decide which principles need to be introduced based on the participants desire or the trainer’s perception of the participant’s need. The Training Process starts by helping participants develop greater self-awareness, then takes them through each of the levels of leadership.
