Girls PREP (Prepare. Rise. Empower. Purpose.) is an 12-week mentoring experience created to help middle school girls discover who they are, build confidence in who they are becoming, and step boldly into their purpose.

Through engaging workshops, meaningful mentorship, hands-on activities, and positive peer relationships, participants are equipped with the tools they need to navigate adolescence with confidence, character, and courage.

Throughout the program, girls will:

• Build self-confidence and self-worth.

• Develop leadership and communication skills.

• Learn to make healthy, positive choices.

• Set meaningful goals and create a vision for their future.

• Build lasting friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

• Strengthen a positive mindset and develop life skills.

• Participate in fun challenges, community service, and team-building experiences.

• Discover that their voice, gifts, and purpose matter.

 

Girls PREP is more than a mentoring program, it is a leadership and character development movement that empowers young women to recognize their value, embrace their potential, and become confident leaders in their homes, schools, churches, and communities.
